Whether you are looking to update your company's team headshots or looking to create branding images of your team for social media and business collateral. Our team offers full boutique service for all our sessions.
Your first step is to select your team package, finalize your add-ons and pay the deposit. An invoice will be sent to you and it must be fulfilled within 1 week of your shoot date. Once you secure in your date preference. We will meet with you via zoom to discuss the overall vision for your team page.
We will ask a series of questions, and look over examples of sessions to determine how you would like your team photos to look and feel. We will even discuss wardrobe and background colors that you would like to use for your session. Your session can be as creative or traditional as you want it to be!
Team Sessions can take place in our Atlanta studio, or on location at your place of business. Our makeup artist offers complementary touch ups for all sessions and full makeup service as an add-on feature. During your headshot day, our team will streamline the shoot to move efficiently so that everyone can go about their day in a timely matter.
Image selection for your employees can be available right after the photo shoot if requested. After the images are selected, our top-of-the-line retouchers will professionally edit the selected images and have all high resolution images back within 1-2 weeks.

Find your finalized invoice upon date selection, sign your contract agreement, and pay your non-refundable 50% booking fee to secure your shoot date. The remaining fees are due 1 week before your session. All fees must be paid in full before the date of your session.
501c3 Tax Exempt Non-Profit Charities and Organizations qualify for a 10% discount on photography services. Pro Makeup day rates, additional backdrops, retouching rush orders, onsite fees, and site check fees are not included in the discount.
